The phases, as well as the whole job is managed and controlled from beginning to end by a dedicated project manager, who also serves as the only point of contact for that specific project.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to ensure flawless quality, we always use both the translation and proofreading phases in our standard work process. The changes made by a mother tongue proofreader ensure that the translated text  is appropriate both from a contextual and a cultural point of view.

 

 

Guarantee period

 

It is highly important to us that our clients are always satisfied with the quality of our work and that they return to us. For this reason we offer each of our clients a certain guarantee period depending on the urgency of the job. This is 7 days in case of normal jobs, and 1 day in case of urgent assignments. Should our clients have any complaints regarding the quality of the translation during this period, we ensure that the mistakes are corrected free of charge.
